30 TAC §305.125(17): permit monitoring results not reported
Every permit issued under this chapter carries standard conditions. One is that monitoring results are sent in at the times the permit sets. Missing a report, or sending it late, breaks that condition.
What the rule says
Quoted word for word from the Texas Administrative Code, Title 30, as published by the Texas Secretary of State. Read on 10/30/2026.
30 TAC §305.125
Conditions applicable to all permits issued under this chapter, and which shall be incorporated into each permit expressly or by reference to this chapter are as follows.
30 TAC §305.125(17)
(17) Monitoring results shall be provided at the intervals specified in the permit.

What proof usually looks like
Your letter sets what to show and by when. Match each item on it to records like these:
- Your permit page that sets the monitoring and reporting schedule.
- Each monitoring report for the periods named in your letter.
- Proof of the date each report was sent.
- The lab results each report is built from.
Common mistakes
- Reporting on a schedule that does not match the permit.
- A period with no report because there was nothing to report. Check what your permit says to do in that case.
- Lab results on file but never sent in.
- Reports sent without proof of the date.
